Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their global organisation and play a key role in financial strategy, investment management, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Investment Committee process, ensuring strategic alignment of capital investments.
- Develop financial policies and frameworks for evaluating business proposals and capital expenditures.
- Provide financial insights for mergers and acquisitions, reviewing transaction documentation.
- Drive improvements in financial systems, adopting advanced tools and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Business or Finance with strong academic credentials.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate finance, controlling, or a similar role within an international company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP modules (SEM-BCS, CO, BW).
- Fluent in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
