- Define and execute the regional IT strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Manage the infrastructure and technology project portfolio, aligning with European/global initiatives
- Drive transformation, turning vision into actionable change within the organization
- Oversee full P&L for IT operations, including budget planning and financial performance
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams focused on digital innovation, resilience, and operational excellence
Über Dich
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-site IT operations in complex or multinational settings
- Strong expertise in IT financials, CAPEX/OPEX management, and cost optimization
- Proven track record in leading large, cross-country IT project portfolios with measurable results
- Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans using OKRs and KPIs
- Skilled in driving organizational transformation and managing complex change
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; English fluency required, German and Agile experience are strong pluses
