We are partnering with a Private Equity fund based in Munich, Germany, to support the search for a Senior Associate / Investment Manager. The firm is highly active, with a strong deal pipeline and a dynamic portfolio of mid-market investments across DACH and Europe.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, entrepreneurial investment team with direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle — from origination and execution through to portfolio management and exit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new investment opportunities (commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence)
• Lead financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring efforts
• Support Investment Committee materials and presentation development
• Work closely with portfolio companies on value creation, strategy, and performance improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership on exit strategies and execution

Candidate Profile:

• Currently working in Private Equity or at a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm (MBB)
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to mid-market transactions
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Fluent in German and English (must-have)
• Driven, commercially minded, and eager to take ownership in a flat, collaborative team environment
