Head of Finance

We are recruiting Head of Finance to oversee all financial activities. The responsibilities of the Head of Finance include managing financial tasks and ensuring that finances are used beneficially. You should also ensure that investments and finances comply with regulations.

To succeed as a Head of Finance, you should demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and experience in modeling financial strategies. Suitable candidates should maintain the finances of the organization effectively and increase profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Managing accounting teams and the finance department/ensuring the smooth running

· Preparing reports on financial results and financial activities/financial for the executive team, board members, and key stakeholders

· Ensuring compliance with financial regulations/ensuring team members comply with regulations.

· Monitoring cash flow/cash flows

· Identifying opportunities to increase profitability.

· Overseeing accounts receivable and bank reconciliation

· Handling confidential information

· Meeting with other department heads

· Establishing secure procedures

· Strengthening the company’s financial position

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience as a Head of Finance or similar position.

· Experience in ERP migration.

· Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.

· Knowledge of accounting software.

· Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

· Effective leadership qualities.

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

Salary Range: 60.000 EUR to 72.000 EUR per anno
