Bauer Media is hiring a Director of Games & Competitions Marketing to lead our cross-market strategy — spanning paid acquisition, CRM, and retention across diverse markets.
In this role, you’ll:
- Drive scalable digital marketing strategies across multiple regulated markets
- Work hand-in-hand with local marketing teams and our central digital hub
- Own performance KPIs and optimize the customer lifecycle
- Influence stakeholders at SVP, CMO, and CEO levels across countries
- Help us build a best-in-class marketing function from the ground up
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in performance and lifecycle marketing
- Know your way around iGaming, lotteries, betting, or regulated consumer apps
- Can lead and operate comfortably in a matrix setup
- Love data but lead with impact – balancing numbers with commercial intuition
