AUFGABEN

  • As a BDM & Delivery Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client/vendor relationships and coordinating the Pre-Sales and Technical Delivery Team.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (cybersecurity sales team and business line management) to develop sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of our solutions. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region, with a focus on establishing a strong market presence and driving revenue growth across various service categories like VAPT / PCI DSS / NIS-2/ DORA various cyber risk audits / Industrial Cybersecurity Assessment and AI related services.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to management to meet the financial ambitions for the DACH region.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain and develop a network of delivery experts internally from TÜV SÜD cybersecurity delivery hubs and with external auditors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, within target organizations to understand their cybersecurity needs and present our service offerings effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited university (preferred) or equivalent field experience.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B business, with a focus on the cybersecurity industry and selling to medium to large enterprises.
  • Prior experience in sales for a cybersecurity consulting/auditing company with exposure to VAPT, Cybersecurity Regulatory audits (NIS-2, DORA), PCI DSS, Industrial OT Security (IEC 62443, ISO 21434) is beneficial.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the DACH market.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating an ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences and influence decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine passion for cybersecurity.
