Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments
- Optimise customer service processes and work flows for efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor service KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support the company's sustainability and innovation goals through strategic service initiatives
- Utilise CRM systems to manage customer relationships and analyse performance data

- Several years of experience in a senior customer service or related managerial role
- Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is a strong advantage
- Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, communication, or service management
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in German and proficient in English
