Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting a Head of Commercial.


Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks


Team leadership

Recruiting, organising, training and developing a high-performance team to drive business growth


Budget management

Preparing and managing the department's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and optimising resource allocation

 

Commercial operations and retail 

  • Organising, supervising and developing retail and catering activities, while working with external partners to enrich and diversify the commercial offering

  • Ensuring smooth cooperation with external partners to coordinate and improve retail operations

 

Customer experience and business analysis 

  • Preparing and managing detailed reports provided by business partners, and using data analysis to make decisions

  • Analysing customer behaviour and data to identify opportunities for product and service development, improve customer satisfaction and enhance retail performance

 

Airline development and marketing 

Working closely with airline partners to help them develop and diversify their services, while ensuring that these initiatives are aligned with their business objectives and the company's strategic priorities (promoting partnerships, developing new routes and optimising existing services to increase passenger volumes and freight traffic).


Project initiation and cross-functional collaboration 

Leading initiatives and participating in major cross-functional projects with a strong commitment to the airport's environmental policy, ensuring that airline development and commercial strategies are aligned with sustainable practices, including the reduction of carbon emissions and the promotion of environmentally responsible operations.

The required profile

 

Studies / training

Master's degree or relevant experience in a similar position

Experience

10 years' proven experience in sales, with proven experience in a leadership role in retail or business development

Skills and knowledge required


*IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite

Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage


*Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)


*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to use data to drive business strategies

  • Experience of managing budgets, teams and cross-functional projects

  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and innovation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in the airline industry or airport retail sector would be an asset


*Other

  • Valid permanent B driving licence
