From first contact to closing deals – and far beyond – you will build relationships, drive growth and help shape the future of surgery with our award-winning IONM solutions.It will be a home office position located preferably in the greater Paris area and includes regular travel throughout the northwestern region of France. Comprehensive onboarding and training will be conducted at our headquarters in Waldkirch, Germany.Your tasks include:Take full responsibility for sales development of our AVALANCHE® and TWISTER platforms in FranceIdentify, acquire and develop both new and existing sales opportunitiesDrive projects from first customer contact to live demonstrations in the OR – all the way through to successful order placementExpand and prioritize key target markets and segmentsSupport, coach and grow our local dealer network in day-to-day operationsCoordinate all sales activities across the countryDevelop and implement sales strategies tailored to our portfolio and market conditionsBuild strong relationships with local key accounts and clinical decision-makersMonitor competitors, identify market trends and translate insights into actionRepresent the company at national and international congresses, trade fairs and workshopsCollaborate closely with your Sales Director and our global management team – with regular reporting and shared strategy developmentQualificationsTechnical degree or several years of experience in medical technology, ideally in the field of digital medical technology and operating room environmentsHands-on intraoperative experienceTechnical understanding and business acumen, ideally in neurosurgery, spine, ENT or thyroid surgeryProven experience in direct sales and managing dealer structures or sub-distributorsA strong network in the French healthcare sector and deep understanding of local market dynamicsA keen sense for market trends, customer needs, and how to translate both into growthExcellent communication skills – fluent in French and English (or German)Willingness to travel regularly across the countryAdditional InformationA mutually-supportive, international teamMeaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technology30 vacation days, plus December 24th and December 31stFlexible working hoursRegular team, and company eventsInternal company fitness programComprehensive training and continuing education opportunities offered by BrainlabTOP 100 innovator and employer of the future 2022Ready to apply?
