Your tasks

  • You will manage and drive forward complex projects for the Heart Failure and Disease Management segment. This includes the creation, implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan as well as leading the launch of new products and services

  • You will be responsible for the analysis and identification of business opportunities, sketching out action plans, decision making and global execution

  • You will be the interface with our sales organization and provide operational sales support

  • You represent the interests and needs of the sales organization within our HQ organization.

  • You track results, re-steer the business and manage the products along their product life cycle.

  • You support and engage with key opinion leaders and coordinate company-wide cooperation

  • You liaise and work closely together with multidisciplinary teams from research and development, regulatory, clinical research, quality and operations.


Your profile

  • Completed university studies in the field of business, natural sciences, industrial engineering, economics or equivalent

  • Several years of specialized professional experience in the B2B area or in medical technology

  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferably within Cardiology and/or Heart Failure

  • Proven high level project management skills and preferably field experience in Sales or Marketing

  • Profound handling of MS-Office and other standard application programs

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Solution-oriented way of working, open-minded, inspiring, able to command the room and excellent interpersonal skills

  • You are looking for a challenging job within an international team and are willing to travel frequently to engage with customers and our regional teams

  • Fluent in English and German is a plus
